4 – Community Table Kitchen – the primary source of food for the majority of our unhoused neighbors and jobs for our Ready to Work Trainees. 3 – The Boulder Homeless Service Collaborative – The innovative collaborative partnership with the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless and BOHO to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of homeless services. We are working hard to create a more seamless continuum to ensure homeless services are as efficient and effective as they can be.

Victor in the computer2 – Our IMPACT – In 2015 we have expanded the offerings of the Bridge House Resource Center to five days per week and are investing in case management interventions to help clients access the services needed to leave the streets behind. Our team has conducted more than 10,000 case management interactions over 2015 including 1,043 employment, 266 housing and 206 for benefit acquisition.

1 – The grand opening of Ready to Work House and Employment Center! In August we improved homeless services forever with our new housing opportunity for 44 people to seize the opportunity to get back to work, access stable housing, and change their lives.
