On the 12th Day of Christmas Bridge House gave to me: A Bridge of Opportunity

2012 was a year of great growth and innovation at Bridge House.

More than 1000 homeless men and women accessed our Bridge of Opportunity spanning from basic needs such as meals and day shelter; to case management addressing root causes of homelessness; to employment in our Ready to Work program; to homelessness prevention and access to housing.

At Bridge House we understand there is no single to solution to homelessness on an individual or a community level.

Our role is provide an array of resources and opportunities to engage people and give them the tools to reach their highest-level of self-sufficiency.

The challenges associated with homelessness affect our whole community. We can do more for the people caught in cycles of poverty, illness, unemployment, incarceration, and helplessness.

We can do more to keep the city we love vibrant and thriving.

In 2013 we look forward to another year of impact.

Thank you for being part of the solution.
