Suicide Assessment: Tools and Techniques

Joy Eckstine is holding a training at Bridge House

Wednesday May 9th, 3-5 pm tickets are $40

This training will cover the basics of suicide assessment. Who is at risk, the questions to ask and the steps to take if the person you are working with is struggling in this way? Participants will leave with a better understanding of the borderline dynamic, but you may be surprised at the groups that are at highest risk (in addition to her work at Bridge House, Joy Eckstine worked on mobile emergency psychiatric evaluation teams for approximately 5 years). She will integrate her clinical knowledge with real life examples and opportunities for participants to work directly on their skills.
