December 31 marks the end of the year and the end of the Boulder Change program.
We are sad to announce that, after many years, we have decided to discontinue the Boulder Change program. It has been a valuable resource for us as an agency as well as for community members like you who were looking for ways to support people in need.
In the recent months however, we have looked closely at what we do and listened carefully to our clients. As a result, we decided to shift resources and are excited to launch our new assisted employment program, Ready to Work, which will help people transition out of homelessness back to self-sufficient lives. Check out our website for more details.
If you purchased vouchers, please distribute them to those in need before December 31, 2011. Until that time, they can be used to buy food, gas, and RTD rides.
On behalf of the homeless and working poor, Bridge House thanks community members and merchants for their past participation in Boulder Change.
